The Flexana "DUCALE" bed base is made up of a sturdy metal frame with a 50x25mm profile, capable of supporting the 8 extra large 140x80mm Beech wood slats. The structure of the bed base guarantees a perfect balance between stability and comfort, suitable for those looking for a solid structure to entrust their sleep to.

Features:

• The frame structure is painted in a high temperature oven to ensure an embossed and scratch-resistant finish, with epoxy powders, resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, totally solvent-free , harmless to health and environmentally friendly.
• The 8 slats in lamellar beech, extra large, steam bent with high resistance 140x80mm are inserted into the frame and anchored by means of anti-squeak polyethylene supports.
• are naturally smoothed and are free of solvent-based paints.
• The bed base is supplied with 4 steel feet, each equipped with a non-slip rigid rubber cap and with self-locking screw whose assembly is quick and without the need for tools, diam.  Ø 50 mm.
• The slatted base can also be used without feet in case of accommodation in a self-supporting bed structure or it is possible to request (optional) feet of 35 cm or 40 cm.
