The Flexana model ASOLA 18 range is the ergonomic base of excellence, the number of slats reduces space, empty spaces and the risk of deformation of the mattress (no more hollows!).

Features:

  • The frame structure is painted in a high temperature oven to ensure an embossed and scratch-resistant finish with epoxy powders, resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, totally solvent-free, harmless to the health and environmentally friendly.
  • The 18 slats in first choice laminated beech , 68x8 mm, with high resistance, are inserted into the frame with differentiated pitch in the lumbar area and anchored by means of anti-squeak polyethylene supports ..
  • The planks are naturally smoothed and are free of solvent-based paints.
  • The slats are supported by 2 reinforcement crossbars in square tube 30x30 mm 1.5 mm thick
  • The bed base is supplied with 4 steel feet, each equipped with a non-slip rigid rubber cap and self-locking screw whose assembly is quick and manual (no tools required), Ø 50 mm.
  • The slatted base can also be used without feet in case of accommodation in a self-supporting bed frame or it is possible to request (optional) 30 cm or 40 cm feet.

Details: The Net is completely made in Italy, using only non-toxic and emission-free materials. The materials are recyclable.

The package includes: the orthopedic base with the slats mounted and 4 feet with a standard height of 30 cm to be screwed exclusively with the hands, self-locking and does not require any tools, all packed with corners cardboard and shrink film resistant to scratches and bumps.
