Orthopedic bed base - "ASOLA 14" - with 14 curved beech slats | Single, Double and Oversized

The orthopedic bed base of the Flexana model ASOLA 14 range is designed to last over time and is characterized by a very strong and innovative Electro-welded frame in high-strength steel, with a rectangular profile of 50x25 mm and increased thickness of 1.2mm.

The 14 slats ensure flexibility and resistance at the same time, ensuring that the weight of the body is well balanced.

Features:

• The frame structure is painted in a high temperature oven to ensure an embossed and scratch-resistant finish with epoxy powders , resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, totally solvent-free, harmless to health and respectful of the environment.
• The 14 staves in first choice laminated beech , 68x8 mm, are inserted into the frame with differentiated pitch in the lumbar area and anchored by means of supports anti-squeak in polyethylene.
• The planks are naturally smoothed and are free from solvent-based paints .
• The slats are supported by 2 reinforcement crosspieces in square tube 30x30 mm 1.5 mm thick
• The bed base is supplied with 4 steel feet, each equipped with a non-slip rigid rubber cap and self-locking screw whose assembly is quick and manual (no tools required), of Ø 50 mm.
• The slatted base can also be used without feet in case of accommodation in a self-supporting bed structure or it is possible to request (optional) feet of 30 cm or 40 cm

The Net is completely made in Italy, using only non-toxic and emission-free materials. The materials are recyclable.

The package includes: the orthopedic base with mounted slats and 4 feet with variable height (30 cm standard, 35 cm and 40 cm) to screw only with your hands, it is self-locking and does not require any tools, all packed with cardboard corners and shrink film resistant to scratches and bumps.
